First Round of Registrations
The first round of registration for the participants is between 19th of January and 25th of January . For the first round of registration, the payment period is between 2nd of February and 8th of February . Students are required to pay the participation fee 395€ in order to confirm their registration. During the first round of registration, including the payment period (up to 8th of February), you will receive a full refund in case of withdrawal.
Waiting List
In case of withdrawals during the first round of registrations, the left spots will be covered by students from the waiting list. The payment period for the waiting list will be between 9th and 15th of February. During this period you understand and accept that if you decide to withdraw after completing the registration, you will only receive a 30% refund 118.5€.
Second Round of Registration
In case we still have any spots left, we offer you the possibility of registering during the second registration period - between 16th and 22nd of February. Should you wish to attend and there is the possibility, you are required to transfer the full amount 395€. During this period (including the payment period) you understand and accept that if you decide to withdraw after completing the registration, you will only receive a 30% refund 118.5€. The payment period will be between 23rd of February and 1st of March.
Cancellation of the Event
In the unfortunate case that we have no other option and must cancel the event, all participants who have NOT yet been reimbursed, will receive a refund. Still, we cannot guarantee a full refund, but we will do our best to return most of your fee. By completing your registration, you understand and agree to these terms.
Other Special Situations
In case of any other unfortunate events, we do not take responsibility for any of your expenditures and we will provide a partial refund, depending on the circumstances. By registering to the event, you understand that you may not receive a full refund.
